2. What we process and why
- Showing the page. To show the site, your browser connects to Amazon Web Services (CloudFront) servers, which process the connection's technical data, such as your IP address. We keep no visit logs of our own. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in making the site available (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Statistics (Google Analytics 4). With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), we set Google Analytics cookies and collect how you use the site: pages visited, clicks on our email address, approximate location and device type. We use this only to improve the site, never for advertising.
- Without consent, Google Analytics runs in Consent Mode: it sets no cookies and sends Google only signals without identifiers.
- Email. When you write to contact@verselms.pl, we process your address and message to reply (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Mail is handled by Apple (iCloud Mail).
3. Cookies and browser storage
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Lasts |

You can change or withdraw consent at any time with Cookie settings in the site footer. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
4. Recipients and transfers outside the EEA
Data goes to providers acting on our behalf: Amazon Web Services (hosting), Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics) and Apple (email). The site is stored in the European Union (AWS, Frankfurt), and visitors from Europe are served by CloudFront's European servers. Google and Apple may also process data in the USA, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep data
Google Analytics statistics: up to 24 months. Email: for the conversation, then until any claims expire.
