Cohorts and weekend blocks
A four-year course, with semesters and a schedule
You set up the training once, as a course template: the schedule, completion requirements, materials and semesters. The next cohort starts from the template in one click, and you can also create a template from a cohort you already run.
You generate the schedule of weekend blocks from class templates instead of clicking in every meeting. You name class types your way, such as lecture, workshop or supervision, and split a cohort into subgroups that meet separately.
- Everyone has their own calendar and can subscribe to it in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar.
- When a class is moved or cancelled, participants are notified.
- A teacher who works at two schools has one login and one password.
Attendance
Attendance with proof, without a paper register
At a weekend block the teacher shows a rotating QR code, and participants scan it with their phones. Attendance is saved at once, and the code keeps changing, so yesterday's screenshot is no use.
The school can turn on a location check. A scan from outside the class location then waits for confirmation, and the teacher approves or rejects it in one click.

Make-ups
A missed block made up in another group
A participant who missed a class sees the available slots in other groups and requests a make-up. An administrator or teacher approves or rejects it with a reason, and the participant sees why.
Attendance at the make-up class is written back to the class the participant missed, so nobody copies it over by hand.
- A request queue with filters: pending first, with who decided and when.
- Notifications at every step, and administrators are notified of every new request.
- The participant can cancel a request before the class.
Year completion
Requirements and documents with due dates
For each cohort you set completion requirements: an attendance threshold, a file upload such as an internship or supervision certificate, and a manual confirmation, each with a due date. The participant uploads the document, and the school approves or rejects it, with a comment and the full history.
A participant who misses a requirement can apply for conditional completion. Before you close the year, a preview shows who passes, who doesn't and why, and you can override a single participant's outcome.
- Assignments with files and deadlines, and evaluations from templates: grade scales, yes/no checks and a comment.
- You send the school rules as an announcement with confirmed receipt, and see who has confirmed them.
- Instalment payments and invoices through inFakt, if you want them.
